Gennady Matishov, an Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), research supervisor of the Southern Scientific Centre of the RAS warned the Russian people about the onset of a little ice age instead of the expected global warming. G. Matishov said that four years ago he had visited at the North Pole.
