The Resolution of the RF Government from July 17, 2012 # 721 “On amendments to the federal target program “Preservation and rehabilitation of soil fertility of agricultural land and agricultural landscapes as a national patrimony for Russia in 2006-2010 for period up to 2013” was published. The amount of finance for federal target program has been increased from 425715.5376 million rubles to 426715.5276 million rubles. Preservation and rational use of agricultural land and agricultural landscapes, as well as to create conditions for increasing high-quality agricultural production volume based on rehabilitation of soil fertility, agrochemical arrangements,  agricultural afforestation, water conservation , water management, scientific achievements are the objectives of program.
